Last updated: April 11, 2026. Simple rules for a simple service. By using TurnQueue, you agree to these clear terms.
1. The Founding Tier
Businesses who join during our initial launch phase are part of the "Founding Tier." This means your access to the current features of TurnQueue is free forever. We will never ask you for a credit card for the core service you signed up for today.
2. Fair Use
TurnQueue is built for small businesses and boutiques to manage their customer flow. Please don't use the service to host incredibly large-scale events or send millions of automated requests to our servers. We reserve the right to pause accounts that are behaving in a way that risks the stability of the service for others.
3. Provided "As-Is" & Limit of Liability
TurnQueue is a platform provider only. The professional relationship and service are strictly between the business owner and their customer. While we strive for 100% uptime, TurnQueue is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any lost revenue, business opportunities, customer disputes, or operational delays resulting from technical downtime or software errors.
4. Modifications
As we grow, we will add new features and improve existing ones. We reserve the right to change how the application functions to better serve our community of merchants. If we ever make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you via the email address you provided. Continued use of TurnQueue after receiving such notice means you accept the updated terms.
5. Governing Law & Problem Solving
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We're committed to solving any issues through a friendly email at support@turnqueue.com first. Any unresolved disputes will be handled under Indian law.
6. Merchant Responsibility
As a business owner, you are responsible for how you interact with your customers and ensuring that your use of TurnQueue (including the collection of customer feedback) complies with your local laws and regulations.
7. Security & Access
The private link provided for your Staff Dashboard is your keys to the queue. You are responsible for keeping this link secure and confidential. TurnQueue is not responsible for any unauthorized queue resets or activity resulting from your link being shared or accessed by unauthorized parties.
