Since we don’t store names, you simply call out their token number. If they aren’t around when their turn comes up, just tap "Next." Because they see a live wait estimate, most customers arrive right when you're ready for them.
It’s based on your real pace. You can set an initial wait time yourself, but as you work, TurnQueue automatically adjusts the estimate based on the average time between your "Next" taps.
